Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management and SAFe/Agile execution skills.
- Expert in JIRA.
- Experience with investment products, advisory platforms, broker-dealer systems, Pershing/NetX360, onboarding, portfolio management, and regulatory processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create, refine, prioritize and approve features and stories.
- Own backlog prioritization and product objectives together with business stakeholders.
- Review and accept delivered features against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
- Participate in demonstrations and provide confirmation that requirements have been met.
- Act as the business/technology bridge, translating requirements into deliverable user stories and features.
- Drive product roadmaps, stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery.
- Support product governance, reporting, document management, and cross-functional coordination in the ISCO program.
- Work with the CFO team for gathering requirements.
