Job Title: Lead Agilist III Agentic AI Engineering
Location: Detroit/Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite)
Employment Type: Long term Contract
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of Scrum Master experience
Strong Agile/Scrum coaching and facilitation experience
Active engagement in Agile communities and continuous learning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or exposure to AI-enabled solutions / Agentic AI
Experience working with Information Security teams
Proven ability to identify and remove team impediments/blockers
Nice to Have
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
Coach Product Owners and Development Teams
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
Build and support high-performing Agile teams
Collaborate with technology and Information Security stakeholders
Promote servant leadership and Agile best practices
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
