Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager HR Transformation to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful program delivery through effective project governance, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role partners closely with HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to ensure alignment across workstreams, maintain project transparency, and drive accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program governance and ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional workstreams.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks, issues, and key decisions while ensuring timely escalation when needed.
- Drive Agile project execution and facilitate coordination across project teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular program status updates and executive-level reports.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Foster communication, accountability, and alignment across all project participants.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale program management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
