Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications
Contribute to architecture and distributed system design
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage delivery planning, estimation, and prioritization
Work with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure secure deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization
Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance
Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of experience building enterprise applications
Strong Golang backend development experience
Experience with React or Angular frontend technologies
Expertise in designing scalable and fault-tolerant systems
Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed architectures
Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
