Job Description :
10 15+ years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience
Strong experience with z/OS installation, administration, and upgrades
Hands-on experience with SMP/E, RACF, ACF2, SYSPLEX, LPAR, MVS
Experience in performance tuning, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of DASD administration and z/OS Automation/Scheduling preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
