Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience with Jira.
- Experience as a Chief Product Owner (CPO).
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to refine business requirements and desired outcomes.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, architects, and business partners throughout software development.
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production validation.
- Assist with platform adoption initiatives and user onboarding.
- Support integrations between NICE applications and other systems.
- Provide production support and issue triage as needed.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IVR customer experience.
