Must have skills: CIAM, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2WebAuthn, REST APIs, and Transmit Security
Role Descriptions:
1. Experience with technical Voice support with end customer with strong verbal communication
2. Provide L1L1.5 support for migration from Transmit BindiD to Passkey authentication.
3 Troubleshoot passkey enrollment authentication device registration and user access issues using SOPs
4. Investigate device binding credential synchronization and cross-device authentication problems.
5. Some knowledge of CIAM MFA Passkeys FIDO2WebAuthn REST APIs and Transmit Security is preferred.
6. Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
