Job Description:

Lead the organization's information security risk management program, owning the GRC governance framework that ensures every technology initiative meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Serve as the primary liaison between application delivery teams, the Enterprise Security Office, and corporate leadership, translating risk and compliance expectations into actionable guidance for each group.
Own and administer the governance tooling ecosystem, ensuring it effectively supports risk identification, control validation, and audit readiness.
Enforce stage-gate compliance throughout the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring security and regulatory checkpoints are met before initiatives progress.
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, holding stakeholders to defined security, compliance, and governance standards.
Apply project management discipline to coordinate governance activities, track remediation, and keep security initiatives on schedule.
Leverage AI and automation to modernize risk detection, control validation, and audit preparation processes.
Maintain alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks, advising leadership on emerging risks and gaps.
Partner with technical teams to embed practical cybersecurity controls into application delivery without impeding velocity.
