Supervisor

We are seeking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our janitorial team.

Shift(s):

6:45am-5:15pm

Supervisor Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards. 
• Employee training and counseling
• Schedule and assign daily work assignments
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company policies and client expectations.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support the operation team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of janitorial or custodial experience 
• Ability to lead and supervise
• Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
