• Overall performance responsibility for property-owned food and beverage operations (restaurant outlets, banquet food prep operations for convention center, multiple bar outlets, and VIP Lounge).
• Responsible for budgetary functions of the food and beverage department, including preparing and managing financial performance to maximize overall profitability contribution of all F&B outlets.
• Reviews payroll numbers to determine number of FTEs needed.
• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of F&B outlets.
• Promote cross department relationships and encourage productive attitudes – at all times.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
