What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, guiding them to implement impactful Lean and Six Sigma improvements on the shop floor.
• Use your expertise in Value Stream Mapping and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and design smarter, more efficient processes.
• Dive deep into complex challenges, leading root cause analysis efforts to solve problems permanently and prevent them from recurring.
• Act as a Lean champion and coach, training teams on methodologies like Kaizen and 5S to build a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
• Partner with production leaders to develop and execute tactical improvement plans that deliver measurable results against our key business goals.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a Green Belt certification being highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects to achieve significant, measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
