As a Working Student in regulatory affaris , you will have the opportunity to shape the start of your career in the regulatory field and gain valuable initial professional experience. In this role, you will play an active part in routine regulatory tasks that are essential for our particle accelerator and, consequently, for our cancer treatments. Through your work, you will ensure that our particle accelerator – and, by extension, our therapies – can be used safely, effectively and in full compliance with regulations at all times – thereby making a tangible contribution to improving the quality of life of our cancer patients. Share our spirit, gain your first work experience whilst you’re studying and become part of our "Safety Architecture & Regulatory" - group as a Working Student Regulatory Affairs (f/m/x) A job where you can make a difference: Assist the Safety, Architecture and Regulatory group with daily administrative and operational tasks Support preparation, organization, and maintenance of regulatory documentation Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Act as a key user for the Document Management System (DMS) Maintain and organize documents within the DMS Support users in navigating and using the system effectively Assist in improving document workflows and processes Skills that make you our strength: Academic studies (preferable: ongoing Bachelor or Master degree) in a technical field Ability to follow instructions and complete routine tasks Good written and verbal communication in English language Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) Good organizational skills Intercultural competence paired with a hands-on mentality You are a team player with an independent and structured approach to work We offer a full-time salary of €2,200.00 gross per month, with a willingness to pay more for candidates with the appropriate qualifications.
