YouTube Growth & Video Marketing Intern

Acadium is a company dedicated to providing accessible skills and experience for career launch. They are seeking a creative and motivated YouTube Growth & Video Marketing Intern to assist in expanding their online presence through engaging video content in the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Research YouTube topics, trends, keywords, and content formats related to trauma-informed mental health and emotional wellbeing
• Assist in developing YouTube content strategies and content calendars
• Support the planning, editing, and publishing of both short-form and long-form YouTube videos
• Repurpose YouTube content into engaging clips and posts for other social media platforms
• Schedule and maintain consistent content publishing across platforms
• Monitor content performance and recommend opportunities to improve audience growth and engagement

Requirements:

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong interest in YouTube growth, social media marketing, and video content creation
• Basic experience with video editing software (such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A warm, empathetic, and professional communication style
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and social media platforms is a plus
• Interest in mental health, wellness, or educational content is highly preferred
