About this role
Transformative Ventures is the parent company of The Ayurveda Experience, a leading global house of Ayurvedic brands. They are seeking a Content, Creator & Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale their creator and affiliate ecosystem across social media platforms, particularly focusing on TikTok Shop, while managing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage creator, influencer, and affiliate partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube
- Source, onboard, and nurture high-performing creators and affiliates
- Own the end-to-end execution of creator and affiliate campaigns
- Develop clear creative briefs and ensure timely content delivery
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams on campaign execution
- Scale affiliate programs to drive creator-led sales and customer acquisition
- Identify high-performing organic content for paid amplification
- Track and optimize campaign performance using GMV, ROAS, CPA, CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and creator compensation
- Stay updated on creator, social commerce, and platform trends
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Content Marketing
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and creator-led campaigns
- Experience managing creators, influencers, or affiliate programs for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube ecosystems
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize using data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Meta Business Suite, affiliate platforms, and creator management tools
- Knowledge of live commerce and social commerce
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity tools
