About this role

Maintain and manage CT's Azure cloud infrastructure such as App Services, Front Door, SQL Server, and Web Application Firewall
Manage client security questionnaires, write and maintain security policy documentation, and run disaster recovery testing
Communicate directly with clients during new software installations and troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues as they arise
Generating 30%+ of your code output using AI-assisted development tools—and using them thoughtfully to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality
Shepherd end-of-life cycle products while keeping existing systems running smoothly

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with the Windows .NET stack — C#, ASP.NET, WCF, REST, XML/JSON
Direct experience managing Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Front Door, SQL Server, and Web Application Firewall
Demonstrated ability to write, maintain, and troubleshoot code across multiple layers of a web-based application

Genuine end-to-end ownership of infrastructure, security, development, and client communication
Exposure to the Solen Software Group portfolio company network and operating model
A small, low-bureaucracy environment where good judgment ships quickly
