Epic Refuel Project Manager

Cordea Consulting is seeking a strategic Epic Refuel Project Manager to lead large-scale system optimization and implementation initiatives. This role bridges the gap between clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to drive change and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Establish governance structures, define roles, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for clinical and/or revenue cycle Epic applications
• Secure leadership buy-in and guide users through Epic adoption to minimize disruption and optimize workflows
• Identify and resolve project risks while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and internal security standards
• Serve as the central point of contact between Epic, internal teams, and executive stakeholders

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Resolute, Cadence) and specific Refuel best practices
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple concurrent application workstreams
• Proficiency in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress and KPIs in a complex healthcare IT environment
• Ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts for non-technical operational and clinical audiences
