Cloud Engineer (Programmer)

A.M.T.A.E. Solutions is an elite professional services and information technology firm that helps clients manage difficult enterprise problems. They are seeking a Cloud Programmer to design, develop, and maintain chatbot and virtual agent solutions built on Google Cloud Platform, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain chatbot and virtual agent solutions built on Google Cloud Platform
• Build and support conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow and related technologies
• Develop and implement Generative AI agents and solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and services
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering strategies
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and JavaScript
• Support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain high-quality, readable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes using Terraform and Git-based repositories
