Project Manager | IT Operations & Maintenance)

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale IT Operations & Maintenance program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing technical teams in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of the O&M program, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and performance objectives
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Provide weekly and monthly status reporting on progress, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Oversee application operations, maintenance, and enhancements
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, DBAs, and support staff
• Define roles and responsibilities across the team
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Lead regular meetings for status updates and planning
• Coordinate releases, patches, and enhancements
• Manage change control processes
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
• Experience managing application O&M or production support programs
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/DevOps practices
• Experience in federal or regulated environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• PMP or Scrum certification
