Revolution Mortgage is seeking a Branch Production Sales Manager to enhance their lending experience for customers. This role focuses on driving branch sales volume through personal production and developing new sales opportunities while managing a P&L and mentoring an outside sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with prospective borrowers by explaining the steps required in applying for a loan and being approved for a loan
- Educate and offer loan products by pre-qualifying the customer, analyzing the customer’s financial objective, and determining products that best benefit the customer’s financial needs
- 60% of your job is required to be performed outside of the office and or home working with partners to create relationships & source mortgage leads
- Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process
- Assigned to oversee and manage a P&L associated with your personal and or teams’ production
- Generate new business and acquiring clients through networking, referrals, and converting leads
- Represent the brand by providing excellent branch experience throughout the entire loan process and driving customer engagement
- Effectively support your outside sales team with strategy and mentorship on relationship building and sale’s tactics
- Effectively manage the loan pipeline and collaborate with other departments, co-workers, and management team professionally to streamline the loan
Requirements:
- 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
- $35MM in annual closed loan volume
- Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or the eligibility and ability to obtain a license after hire
- Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of mortgage product, pricing, systems, and guidelines
