Position Summary
The Maintenance Patient Care Associate (MPCA) supports patients using TWO2 therapy by working closely with the Wound Care Consultant, Virtual Therapy Clinical Support team, and Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include patient education, equipment setup and retrieval, and ensuring adherence to therapy to optimize outcomes and equipment utilization.
