Reporting to the Sr. Director of Student Services
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of school counseling programs and strategies
Oversee partnerships with academic institutions and community colleges
Manage programs aimed at student post-secondary success
Hire qualified school counselors and provide supervision and support
Collaborate with staff to develop monitoring tools and ensure compliance with state laws
Develop and deliver presentations and professional development to staff

Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
Meet CA licensure and credentialing requirements in school counseling
Minimum of three years of successful college counseling and career pathway experience
Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS), and educational data standards
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
