Proven ability to get into and extend an unfamiliar existing codebase — not only greenfield projects.
Productive use of AI-coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), especially for exploring unfamiliar code.
Independent working style — you take a broad direction and independently turn it into concrete implementation steps.
