RulesIQ is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join their Operations/Supply Chain department. The role involves operating within various technology environments and supporting supply chain functions through analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in a supply chain analytics, business analyst, or data analyst role within a CPG, FMCG, or consumer products environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting at least two supply chain functions (e.g., demand/supply planning, procurement, logistics, or warehousing) in an analytical capacity
- Microsoft Power BI: Advanced proficiency in report and dashboard development, DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and workspace/gateway management
- Microsoft Azure: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following—Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, or Azure Databricks
- SQL: Proficient in writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and window functions for data extraction and transformation
- Data warehousing concepts: Working knowledge of dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and enterprise data warehouse architecture
- Microsoft 365: Proficient in Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Teams/SharePoint for collaboration and documentation
- Deep understanding of CPG supply chain operations including demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP processes, procurement, inventory management, logistics and transportation, and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with supply chain master data concepts: item hierarchies, customer/vendor master, UOM, lead times, safety stock parameters, and BOM structures
- Experience translating supply chain business processes into data requirements and analytical frameworks
- Active working knowledge of at least one enterprise LLM tool (Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot) as applied to professional analytical workflows
- Ability to construct effective prompts for data interpretation, summarization, documentation drafting, and exception narrative generation
- Awareness of responsible AI use, including data privacy considerations when working with enterprise and supplier data
