Director, AI Lead - FP&A Agents & Intelligent Planning Platforms

Aon is in the business of better decisions, shaping decisions to protect and enrich lives globally. The role involves leading the creation of planning and forecasting agents to enhance FP&A teams with scenario generation and insights while ensuring consistency and governance across forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy FP&A agents that:
• Generate and stress‑test forecast scenarios
• Surface key drivers, sensitivities, and early warning signals
• Support rolling forecasts and management reviews
• Build agent‑enabled planning workflows integrated with TM1, Databricks, Power BI, and other analytics tools
• Ensure planning agents operate on governed datasets with clear definitions, hierarchies, and ownership
• Partner with FP&A, Finance Data Governance, and ABS to standardize:
• Forecast logic
• Metric definitions
• Model documentation and lineage
• Define controls around model updates, assumption changes, and agent‑generated outputs
• Act as a thought partner to senior finance leaders on how agentic capabilities reshape planning cadence and decision‑making
