Associate Electrical Engineer - (Remote) Critical Electrical Engineering

NTT Global Data Centers is a leading provider of data center solutions, offering opportunities to work on innovative technology projects. As an Entry-level Electrical Engineer, you will support the electrical infrastructure and systems within the Technical Operations team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and modification of control system software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives in control systems
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to identify and resolve issues
• Participate in the implementation of energy efficiency measures and sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to the documentation of engineering activities, preparing reports, and providing updates to stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in controls engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and principles
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to hear and speak on a telephone/videoconferencing
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
• Requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Occasional travel to company locations throughout the US approximately 10%
• Must be willing to occasionally work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights, and early mornings to maintain communication with our global partners and counterparts in the organization
• Data center experience preferred
• Previous internship or hands-on experience in electrical engineering is a plus
