Nasscomm is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role with a focus on enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or Delivery Management leading enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, product, and operations while ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Experienced in project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, RAID logs, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder governance
- Skilled in facilitating governance meetings, executive status reporting, decision-making sessions, and project communication with senior leadership
- Hands-on experience managing project financials, resource planning, implementation readiness, and change management activities
- Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring structured execution across complex enterprise programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise platform modernization, and operational improvement programs, preferably within wealth management, financial services, consulting, or other regulated industries
