Project Manager V

HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Strategic Programs to lead high-impact enterprise initiatives. This role focuses on aligning business strategy with execution, partnering with executive leadership to drive cross-functional programs and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from planning through implementation
• Translate executive strategy into actionable project plans, milestones, and success metrics
• Manage multiple cross-functional programs involving business, technology, operations, and vendors
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic guidance, recommendations, and execution support
• Drive business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove execution barriers
• Build alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority
• Mentor project leaders and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• 5+ years leading geographically dispersed project teams
• Experience leading ERP projects, ERP workstreams, and/or WMS implementation and deployment projects
• Proven success delivering enterprise business and technology transformation programs
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and organizational change initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, or Food Service industries
• Enterprise software implementation and business transformation experience
• Business process redesign and operational excellence initiatives
• Organizational change leadership
• Customer experience transformation
• Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
• ITIL Foundation (or higher), CCMP, or Prosci Certification
