Sievo is the leading procurement analytics SaaS company that helps large enterprises optimize their procurement data and drive cost savings. The Head of Growth Marketing will lead the global Growth Marketing strategy to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth, focusing on expanding the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and carry out a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue impact amongst our ICP of enterprise accounts
- Hire, coach and directly manage a high-performing growth marketing team, as well as manage our 3rd party agency and freelancer relationships
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives, their connection to the revenue funnel and determine areas of investment in the growth marketing domain
- Design and execute data-driven experiments to test and optimize various marketing channels and tactics
- Effortlessly collaborate and build rapport cross-functionally with other revenue teams, including the wider marketing team, sales, customer success and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment
- Identify and leverage new and emerging platforms, tools, and trends to drive growth and innovation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in various Growth Marketing domains in B2B SaaS context, including digital marketing, performance marketing, web development, demand generation, marketing operations, and event marketing
- Proven track record of leading, scaling, and coaching high performing marketing teams
- Strong self-starter attitude: whilst the role expects collaboration, you are comfortable leading with own ideas, and continuously bring recommendations and insight to the table proactively
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: capability to create and understand marketing contributions to sales and revenue figures and making meaningful analysis on key data
- Proficiency in various MarTech solutions: marketing automation tools, CRM/CMS systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot, analytics, and AI tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely for various audiences
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other revenue teams, including Sales & Customer Success and Revenue Operations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Readiness for international business travel: While you are based out of the US, you are prepared to collaborate with existing team members based in Europe over a 8-hour time zone difference. This role will require periodic travel to Europe multiple times per year
- Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch
- Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management or related fields
- While we are open to candidates across the US, we have a preference over candidates based in Chicago, IL where our US office is located
