MKS Inc. is a company focused on engineering and data communications systems, and they are seeking a Senior Manager Network Security Engineering. In this role, you will partner with various teams to design and implement network security protocols, ensuring a secure architecture across different environments.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the enterprise network security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Partner with IT, infrastructure, and application teams to embed security into all network initiatives
- Influence senior stakeholders on risk posture, investment priorities, and security architecture decisions
- Oversee design, implementation, and lifecycle management of network security solutions including:
- Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, ZTNA
- Network segmentation and zero trust controls
- Ensure secure architecture across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen security posture
- Lead major security initiatives (e.g., segmentation, zero trust, cloud security)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or related work experience
- 10+ years in IT/network/security roles with 5+ years in leadership
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
- CCNP/CCIE Security, GIAC, or cloud security certifications
- Drive delivery of segmentation and security programs across global sites and environments
- Cross-functional collaboration (IT, OT, cloud, app teams)

- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with third-party providers and vendors to implement and operate secure solutions
- Strong expertise in segmentation design and attack surface reduction
