SAP Business Analyst

Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking an SAP Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between manufacturing/supply chain units and IT teams. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring SAP PP and MM modules, and supporting high-tech manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze operational requirements in Plan-to-Build and Procure-to-Pay tracks; translate them into effective SAP functional specifications
• Perform hands-on SAP PP/MM configuration to support master data, shop floor execution, MRP, purchasing, inventory management, and material handling workflows
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide tier-2/3 functional support according to team SLAs
• Design, document, and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts. Manage data validation during migrations or system enhancements
• Author and maintain critical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), SOPs, and user training materials

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP PP (MRP, Bill of Materials, Routing, Production Orders)
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Valuation, Material Master)
• Proven experience mapping business processes
• Proven experience managing lifecycle implementations
• Proven experience acting as a technical liaison
• Familiarity with how PP/MM integrates with adjacent modules (e.g., WM/EWM, SD, FI/CO)
• Familiarity with how PP/MM integrates with external third-party manufacturing platforms (MES/EDI)
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to interact seamlessly with cross-functional and hybrid teams
