PORTA – Tradizione Italiana is one of North America’s fastest-growing frozen pizza brands, bringing authentic Italian craftsmanship to over 4,000 retail locations. They are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage their social media presence and contribute to building the brand through creative content and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Own day-to-day social media strategy and execution across all platforms — planning, scheduling, and publishing content that builds a consistent brand voice, grows our following, and drives engagement with the PORTA community
- Content Creation: Develop on-brand written and visual content for social media, email, web, and other marketing channels, bringing the PORTA story to life through storytelling, creativity, and trend-aware execution
- Community Management: Serve as the voice of the PORTA community by responding to customer inquiries and feedback across social, email, and other channels, and surfacing trends and insights to the Operations and Product teams to inform improvements to the product and customer experience
- Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand partners, including outreach, contracting, content coordination, and tracking performance to grow brand awareness and community
- Marketing Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions
- Email Campaigns: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversions
- Shopper Marketing: Support sales with shopper marketing programs at priority retail accounts, including in-store demos, coupon campaigns, and retail-specific promotions
Requirements:
- University or college degree with 2 years' experience in a marketing, content creation (writing + design), or social media role, or relevant experience
- Experience planning content across multiple platforms; a robust understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Storytelling, creativity and keeping up with trends, particularly when it comes to social media content calendar planning
- Comfortable using data and reporting tools to inform decisions
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns and working with email platforms
- Deadline-driven multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate personal initiative
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience managing influencer relationships and campaigns an asset
