- Serve as lead advisor: manage your own senior client portfolio and recruit/support licensed agents under your brand
- Develop and execute marketing and educational events for seniors, veteran spouses, and community groups
- Coach and mentor your team — use ASB’s infrastructure to streamline onboarding and business growth
- Build long-term relationships and create a renewal-rich business for years to come
Requirements:
- Active insurance license
