The role involves supporting Salesforce administration, development, deployment, and production troubleshooting activities, while ensuring proper governance and deployment processes are followed.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Salesforce Developer – Release Management & Production Support who can support Salesforce administration, development, deployment, and production troubleshooting activities
- The ideal candidate should be able to act as a hands-on Salesforce admin-developer, investigate production issues, support business users, manage releases, debug automation and integration failures, and ensure Salesforce changes are delivered safely through proper governance and deployment processes
- Salesforce Development & Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). environments, user access, licenses, and security compliance
- Experience creating and maintaining Reports and Dashboards
- Release Management & DevOps
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source-driven development
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.se analysis (RCA) and documenting corrective actions
- Ability to monitor platform health, governor limits, scheduled jobs, and integration processes
- M Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and asynchronous integration patterns
- Preferred Technical Experience on release activities as required
- Recommend and implement improvements to Salesforce governance, deployment processes, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- at least 1–2 years of Salesforce development, production support, or release management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience creating and maintaining Reports and Dashboards
- Release Management & DevOps experience
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source-driven development
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Ability to monitor platform health, governor limits, scheduled jobs, and integration processes
- Experience with Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and asynchronous integration patterns
- Recommend and implement improvements to Salesforce governance, deployment processes, and operational efficiency
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Advanced Administrator (preferred)
