In this work-from-home role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them via various communication channels and ensuring exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing timely solutions
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and account updates
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Meet established performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning and using CRM and customer support software

- Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
