Responsibilities:
- Own an assigned US territory end-to-end: build the territory plan, prospect actively, run the full sales cycle, and close new business against quota
- Build a self-sourced pipeline at 3x–4x quota coverage through outbound outreach, referrals, and event follow-up, in partnership with SDR/BDR and marketing
- Run structured discovery and multi-thread the buying committee, including the economic buyer, learning sponsor, technical evaluator, procurement, and end-user champions
- Navigate enterprise procurement and InfoSec processes, including MSAs, DPAs, SOC 2 reviews, security questionnaires, and standard redlines
- Own strategic account plans and QBRs, surfacing expansion opportunities and de-risking renewals alongside customer success
- Represent the company at US industry events, including ATD ICE, DevLearn, HR Tech, and CLO Symposium, building pipeline and presence
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of hands-on B2B enterprise sales experience, including 4–5+ years selling corporate learning solutions (custom content, LMS/LXP, or both) to Fortune 1000 and mid-market accounts
- A consistent track record of hitting quota: $1M–$2M+ ACV, with documented attainment across at least three of the last five years
- Experienced in complex, multi-stakeholder deals: $150K–$1M+ ACV, 6–12 month cycles spanning L&D, HR, IT, procurement, and InfoSec
- Fluent in the language of the corporate learning buyer, including CLOs, CHROs, and VPs of L&D/Talent, and comfortable holding the room in the C-suite
- Trained in a recognized enterprise sales methodology, with strong consultative, ROI-led selling skills rather than feature-led pitches
- Willing and able to travel 25–40% within the US for client meetings, QBRs, and industry events
