Title: SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant
Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid) 3 Day a week
Duration: 6+ months (Long term project)
Job Description
- 10 15 years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Functional Consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP PM configuration, including Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Work Centers, Notifications, and Maintenance Orders.
- Hands-on experience with Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Refurbishment, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA PM, including at least 2 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, user training, and production support.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori for Plant Maintenance, SAP Asset Manager, Work Manager, or Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) is preferred.
- Experience with data migration, functional specifications, and incident/change management.
- Oil & Gas industry experience and SAP PM/EAM certification are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor junior consultants.
