Contract Employee will be responsible for partnering with business and technology teams to prepare employees, partners, agents, etc. for organizational and technology changes on two major initiatives that will serve as the lead on change management, engagement, and transformation support for the enterprise. Change management activities are clearly defined for organizational readiness for both business and technology teams. Contract Employee is responsible for ensuring adherence to Client s policies and procedures related to all Change Management activities for each Project.
Scope of work will include these Key Responsibilities as it relates to this project.
- Partner with Marketing to develop enterprise communication strategies for each phase aligning with objectives and messaging.
- Partner with Marketing on providing details needed for communication artifacts (i.e. emails, FAQs, change notifications, SharePoint content, etc.)
- Coordinate IT announcements and change notifications in accordance with brand or company guidelines that have consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate communication planning across all impacted user groups
- Support and execute communication planning identified from each phase of project
- Support organizational readiness for implementation of platform (i.e. identification of changes to business processes, adoption of systems, escalations for system changes being rolled out, etc.)
- Develop migration strategies for users transitioning from legacy platforms
- Coordinate rollout activities across TPA, dealers, agents and internal users.
- Assess business processes resulting from change to determine impacts to workflow and operations on system implementation
- Partner with Trainer on obtaining necessary documentation for Communications
- Participate in project meetings, change management sessions, and rollouts as necessary to effectively manage the change.
