Project Manager (Sales Events, Tier 2 & DSS Emails)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Integrated Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Gather and document business requirements and create Agile user stories.
• Manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Jira.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support release planning, testing, and production deployments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 5 years of Project Management experience in IT or digital delivery environments.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or enterprise application projects.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) or email campaign delivery is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
