Job Overview

As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting holiday hiring by generating applicant traffic and building strong candidate pipelines for hourly store positions in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will connect with candidates, promote opportunities, and help ensure a consistent, welcoming experience rooted in genuine hospitality.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members, you will help drive hiring outcomes by identifying and engaging talent efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care throughout the candidate journey.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Generate candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, outreach, and talent attraction strategies for hourly store roles.
• Engage with candidates to build interest, answer questions, and guide them through early stages of the hiring process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure an active and qualified pipeline of candidates.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition screening and interviewing teams and hiring leaders to align sourcing efforts with hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience that reflects our brand and encourages candidates to move forward.

Must Have

• Schedule flexibility with availability to work day and mid-day shifts, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and team members clearly and professionally.
• A candidate-centered mindset with a passion for delivering a positive experience through respectful, hospitality-driven interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to build, manage, and maintain a candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy while following hiring guidelines and processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
• Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Adaptability and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities during peak hiring periods.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, customer service, or high-volume hiring support.
• Experience in a centralized or call-center-style environment.
• Familiarity with retail or seasonal hiring.

 

 

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

• This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
