The postdoctoral candidate will investigate the regulatory activity of genetic variants associated with neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders using diverse functional genomics approaches, including massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA) and CRISPR-based screens. The individual will use human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and mouse models to generate genomic libraries, perform sequencing-based experiments, and analyze the resulting genomic datasets.
