RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under supervision help plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate projects for departmental activities including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, field services, and construction.
- Assist in the preparation of job documentation, and help recommend and implement processes and systems to schedule, plan, and track work.
- Coordinate and maintain detailed schedules for field workers, equipment, and contractors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather scheduling requirements.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in scope, resources, or priorities.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes effectively.
- Support communication with customers, contractors, electrician and internal resources through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree or two-year vocational technical institute degree/certificate, preferably in mechanical, electrical, electronics, computers, or other job-related field, no experience required
OR - High school diploma or equivalent PLUS two years of job-related experience required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position will report regularly in person to Duluth, MN
- Requires good communication skills to acquire and provide information related to job details, priorities, and schedules.
- This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- The expected annual compensation range for this position is $52,000 - $64,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
