About the Role
Take ownership of TikTok’s user experience identification, analysis and optimization based on data analysis, AI tool construction and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the user experience of TikTok product, collaborating with the team to identify experience issues, develop optimization plans and strategies, and drive implementation in collaboration with core teams such as product, R&D, and algorithms.
- Based on upstream product strategy iterations, product feature updates, and related rule updates within the business segment, proactively identify and address potential experience issues.
- Establish good cooperative relationships and collaboration mechanisms with internal teams and external partners, promptly identify, follow up on, and drive the resolution of user requests related to product features.
- Combine business needs with user feedback signals analysis to deep dive genuine user needs.
- Collaborate with PM and leverage AI tools and intelligent solutions to monitor overall experience metrics, assess experience health levels, and identify latent experience issues in a timely manner.
- Regularly review rules/products/strategies related to user experience, monitor overall experience data, assess experience levels, and promptly identify existing experience issues.
