About the Role
Women NSW is looking for its next Senior Associate, Project to join the team on a temporary basis up to 30 June 2028 (with the potential to extend or convert to ongoing). A talent pool will be created to fill any ongoing or temporary opportunities in the next 18 months. Women NSW sits within the Justice and Security Policy Branch in the Social Policy & Intergovernmental Relations Group at The Cabinet Office. The team leads initiatives that support gender equality and better outcomes for women and girls across NSW, driving strategic projects, partnerships and evidence-based policy reform.
As the Senior Associate, Project, you will help deliver projects and initiatives that improve gender equality outcomes across NSW. Working across government and with external stakeholders, you'll provide strategic advice, manage project delivery, build partnerships and prepare high-quality briefings to support informed decision-making. You'll play a key role in turning policy priorities into practical outcomes and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with government objectives. Salary: Classification Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($133,348 - $146,945) plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
