About the role:
The Head of Client Solutions is responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class Client Solutions function that delivers exceptional client outcomes, strong commercial impact, and long-term platform adoption. This role leads Client Solutions Team Leads and CST teams across key verticals, ensuring consistency in strategy, execution, and service quality, while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing Science / Measurement, Operations, MSO and global counterparts.
Success in this role requires strong executive leadership, deep digital advertising expertise, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Client Solutions Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the overall Client Solutions strategy across verticals in partnership with Sales and regional leadership
- Set clear priorities, operating models, and success metrics aligned to business goals
- Translate global strategy into relevant, scalable execution plans
Business Ownership & Execution
- Own deployment and execution of Client Solutions strategy through Team Leads and Client Solutions Managers
- Drive revenue growth through improved campaign performance, upsell opportunities, renewals, and reactivation strategies
- Act as a escalation point for complex client and agency challenges
- Advocate for in-region market needs and nuances to influence the global product roadmap. Orchestrate alignment across cross-functional product areas to streamline go-to-market strategies and remove execution barriers.
Product & Platform Leadership
- Partner with Product, Global Client Solutions, and XFN teams to influence product roadmap and platform improvements
- Serve as a thought leader on the future of Advertising, representing TikTok at major industry events and advocating for in-region product needs with global teams to address unique dynamics.
- Maintain operational cadence to monitor business health, overseeing the end-to-end sales pipeline for the TikTok for Business portfolio. Lead regular business reviews to ensure strategic alignment and identify growth opportunities across the GBS/Client/Agency portfolio.
- Drive adoption and revenue acceleration of core and nascent products. Ensure the team codifies and scales optimal scaled and hightouch activations and use cases for maximum client impact.
- Own vertical-level programs and ensure strong execution and adoption
- Champion client and market feedback to shape scalable solutions
Measurement, Learning & Insights
- Define and own the measurement and learning agenda across verticals
- Ensure consistent use of data, insights, and experimentation to improve campaign outcomes
- Drive best-practice sharing, playbooks, and vertical learning across teams
People Leadership & Org Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Client Solutions Team Leads and individual contributors
- Build a high-performing, inclusive organization with strong talent pipelines and succession planning
- Set a clear bar for TikTok-caliber client service, collaboration, and leadership behaviors
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Science, Ops, Finance, and Product to deliver end-to-end client solutions
- Collaborate with global Client Solutions leaders to share best practices and drive global initiatives
- Represent Client Solutions in leadership forums and strategic discussions
