Roles & responsibilities
•Own and manage the KGS GCS integrated action planner, ensuring all programme and workstream actions are accurately captured, tracked, and regularly updated
•Upload and maintain actions from multiple forums (transition workshops, project plan meetings, recruitment discussions, etc.) and ensure completeness of the central tracker
•Track action dependencies, ownership, timelines, and RAG status to ensure end-to-end visibility of programme progress
•Proactively follow up with senior stakeholders across KGS and UK teams to ensure timely closure of actions and updates to status
•Ensure alignment of actions to strategic goals and programme priorities, validating relevance and flagging gaps or misalignment
•Support creation and maintenance of governance artefacts including action trackers, operational readiness deliverables, and reporting packs
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs, manage updates, and ensure consistency across different workstreams (Recruitment, Transition, Group Digital, HR, etc.)
•Enable leadership reporting and reviews by maintaining clean, structured data and ensuring readiness of updates for forums and governance meetings
This role is for you if you have the below
Work experience
•4–6 years of experience in PMO, programme coordination, transformation support roles
•Experience in action tracking, governance, and stakeholder coordination in a multi-workstream environment
•Exposure to global stakeholder management (UK or onshore teams) and working across geographies
•Experience in maintaining project plans, trackers, or governance dashboards (Planner, Microsoft suite, other tools that enable PMO)
•Prior experience in transformation, integration, operational readiness programmes preferred
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Planner, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Understanding of programme governance, action tracking, and reporting frameworks
•Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and tracking (RAG reporting)
•Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
•High attention to detail and data discipline
•Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
