Agentic AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer - W2(REMOTE)

Yochana is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join their team on a 100% Remote W2 Contract. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and maintaining intelligent AI agents while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to create scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents using modern Agentic AI frameworks
• Build autonomous AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and memory management
• Develop production-grade AI applications using Agent Development Kits (ADKs)
• Deploy AI agents across cloud and enterprise environments while ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, REST APIs, databases, and external services
• Build and optimize multi-agent architectures and AI orchestration pipelines
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and vector database integrations
• Optimize prompt engineering, agent performance, latency, and inference pipelines
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI agents
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions
• Follow Responsible AI, governance, compliance, and security best practices

Requirements:

• 9+ years of Software Engineering or AI Engineering experience
• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI
• Strong experience in Agent Development
• Experience with Agent Deployment in production environments
• Hands-on experience using Agent Development Kits (ADK)
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of AI Agent orchestration and Multi-Agent Systems
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise applications
• Experience with Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
