- Dives deep into web analytics and heatmaps to understand user behavior and drop-off points
- Sets up and monitors split tests (e.g., testing different page layouts, headlines, or call-to-action buttons) to increase conversion rates
- Specifically fine-tunes paid ad accounts (like Google Ads) by adjusting bids, negative keywords, and audience targeting to boost performance
- Focuses on the "back-end" of marketing—ensuring tracking mechanisms are accurate and the user journey is as frictionless as possible
Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing Optimizer Specialist
