Essentia Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Human Resources Business Support Analyst. The role involves supporting HR projects, enhancing service delivery, and performing complex analyses while partnering with various HR functional areas.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partnering with multiple areas to support projects
- Plans, develops, and leads a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services
- Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and assists with the design of solutions
- Supports and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance
- Performs complex analyses to support a broad range of HR activities
- Develops reports and predictive analytics
- Oversees or participates in all aspects of projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress
- Partners with HR functional areas to implement organization and/or HR initiatives
- Collects, researches, and analyzes human resources data while tracking data trends and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
- 2 years experience in Human Resources, Analytics or related capacity required
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, analytics, reporting, project coordination, or a related area
- Strong in Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, trends, and analytics
- Experience with or exposure to Workday and enjoy learning HR systems and tools
- Like a role with variety, where you can support projects, reporting, process improvement, and multiple HR teams
