Reddit, Inc. is a community-driven platform known for open conversations and a vast array of active communities. The Lead Product Adoption Strategist will be responsible for driving the adoption of Reddit's ads products among Mid-Market advertisers, collaborating with various teams to enhance advertiser success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit's lower funnel ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and performance revenue
- Scaled Program Development: Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across Mid-Market (MM) advertisers and sales teams in North America
- Vertical Insights: Identify critical insights, themes across your managed verticals and synthesize them into actionable recommendations for Sales, PMM, and PM
- Client Engagement: Work with top opportunity advertisers to activate and grow strategic product opportunities
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Revenue Strategy & Analytics (RSA), and Product teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddit's ad products
- Feedback Loop: Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps, providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development
- Reporting and Measurement: Understand progress to goal and identify/execute steps to accelerate outcomes. Leverage automation tools to build reporting outputs and consistent reporting cadence to Sales leadership
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries
- Industry Experience: A strong background in product adoption, account management, Go-to-market strategy, and sales strategy within the digital advertising industry
- Ads Experience: A strong understanding of lower funnel performance ad solutions, including Signals, automation, ads measurement, and optimizations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success
- Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce
- Client-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success
- Program Management: Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
