The Inbound Business Development Representative will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, focusing on lead qualification and creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective BILL customers across phone, chat, web inquiries, and marketing-generated leads
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound interest, with a strong focus on speed-to-lead and customer experience
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business, pain points, and goals
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Manage a high volume of inbound conversations across calls, email, chat, and text while maintaining a personalized experience
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless prospect journey
- Accurately document customer interactions and next steps in Salesforce and other sales tools
- Continuously learn BILL’s product suite and value proposition to confidently articulate how we help businesses manage spend, payables, receivables, and financial operations
